A new update is available for Photoshop CC and here is a
brief list of some of the new features:
New Start Experience
Design Space (Preview)
Do more with Artboards
Modern user interface and new touch capabilities on the
Windows operating system
Customise your toolbar - see video
Faster Export with more control
The new start screen features a recently opened files list
with New and Open buttons. For those preferring the traditional start
experience, the new features can be disabled in preferences. Camera Raw 9.3.1
is included which does not have any new camera support, but it fixes a bug some
users experienced when using Photoshop.

A further update this December has some fixes for workflow
